The Company

Orana Coveyancing was established in 2009 by Jenny Woodman and Chris Kelly, both experienced in the field of conveyancing.

After working for a local law firm, Jenny and Chris decided it was time to use their expertise and experience to offer dedicated conveyancing services in Dubbo.  

We are now a well-known and respected business in Dubbo and have a great team of staff. We focus on providing a high quality, stress free, prompt and efficient conveyancing service.

We were finalists in the 2014 Dubbo Rhino Awards in two categories – Excellence in Business Ethics & Excellence in Customer Service.

Jenny Woodman –
Director, Licensed Conveyancer

Jenny is a licensed conveyancer with many years of experience in a diverse of range of sectors including banking, local government, small family business and conveyancing with a local law firm.

After completing the Conveyancing Law and Practice course at Macquarie University she became a licensed conveyancer in 2007 and then started Orana Conveyancing with partner Chris Kelly in 2009.

Jenny is focused on providing clients with a quality, stress-free transaction, whether it’s their first home, next home or investment property.

Her attention to detail and friendly nature ensures clients are at ease when dealing with her. 

Jenny has also been a Justice of the Peace since 1992.

Carene Smith –
Licensed Conveyancer

Carene is a Licensed Conveyancer and has worked in the legal industry for more than a decade and joined the team at Orana Conveyancing in 2023.

Carene completed the Conveyancing Law and Practice course at Macquarie University and became a Licensed Conveyancer in 2019. Carene is also a certified PEXA member.

Carene is experienced in sales and purchasers of residential and rural property, including subdivision matters.

Carene finds helping sellers and buyers incredibly rewarding and offers a high quality personal service to her clients. Carene’s down to earth and friendly approach has proved a winning combination with clients entrusting her with their property transactions.
